I should probably explain more about what I am after. The database
houses customer name, address, etc. The other sheet that uses the
Vlookup is an invoice sheet. We use a customer number to pull in Name,
address. I would like to shade if the customer is past due. This is
already done in the database sheet. Not sure if this can even be
accomplished, but thought that since you can copy and paste formats
maybe????
