Default TRANSPORT SETTINGS TO ANOTHER COMPUTER

What about if you are using Windows 2000 and don't have Save My Settings

Does anyone know how to copy all of the settings, toolbars, etc. from one
computer to another? I hate having to reset all of my toolbars and settings
each time I use another computer.
