Found out why my User Defined Functions were giving the #NAME erro
I have virus scan locally and at the ISP level. My email server also has
virus scan. With these protections, I set my macro security to low. The
digital signature is pretty costly unless you are good enough at writing code
to sell your services and to develop unique code that is marketable and can
be copywrighted. You can create your own digital signature but it is only
good on your system. I am not offering advice one way or the other. Just
telling it like it is.

Macro Security!
To fix this, you must do either
1) Go to Tools Options Security Macro Security Low (not reccomended)
or
2) Sign the macros (not sure how to do that yet, but its not to hard to find
in Microsoft help I think)
