It depends on which toolbars you want to refresh:

Application.CommandBars("Picture").Visible = True

and then repeat for:

Reviewing
Forms
Stop Recording
External Data
Formula Auditing
Full Screen
Circular Reference
Visual Basic
Web


and any other bars you desire.
