If the code works fine on your machine and others, doing the same steps,
then the likely cause is a bad installation of Office. That can happen if
the PC came with Excel pre-installed. Ask the users with the problem to do
an Office repair in Add/Remove Programs, Microsoft Office. If that doesn't
cure, then have them reboot, un-install Office, reboot again, and
re-install.

I have created an Excel workbook that uses user forms for data entry. This
workbook is available online via our intranet and several users are
reporting that they are getting a "Complie error in hidden module:
<userform". I've read the other forums related to the moving of the
pfdmaker.xla or pdfmaker.dot files but I want to know if there is anything
I
can do to my workbook to prevent this error from occuring. There is no
possible way that
I can get to every pc with the error and I don't think that my users are
savy enough to make the fix on their own. Not to mention if they are
getting the error due to Norton Antivirus. I should also mention that I
have
users using a variety of Microsoft operating systems and office versions.
Thanks in advance for any solutions or suggestions.
