1. Select all cells in the entire sheet
2. Go to FORMAT CELLS PROTECTION. Uncheck the LOCKED box
3. Select the cells you want to lock.
4. Go to FORMAT CELLS PROTECTION. Check the LOCKED box
5. TOOLS PROTECTION PROTECT SHEET (Password is optional)
