Default Can't open excel documents

I don't have xl2007 installed, so I can't try it myself. Anyway I found
these which have slightly different instructions and may help you find it:

Tom - I was able to get to Excel Options as you suggested, by opening a blank
workbook. After I opened Excel Options I am unable to find the Manage list
in order to click the arrow and select Disabled Items, etc... It has to be
something real simple that I am missing - can you help???

You should still have the Microsoft Office button, so you would

by clicking the Microsoft Office button, and then clicking
<Application Name (which I assume is Excel) Options.

If it isn't available, then try opening a blank workbook and then doing it.

excel 2007 help says that my file caused a problem when I last tried to open
it. It tells me to remove the file from the list of disabled files (re-enable
the file) by clicking the Microsoft Office button, and then clicking
<Application Name (which I assume is Excel) Options. In the Manage list,
click the arrow and select Disabled Items, click Go, and then select the
disabled item that you want to re-enable.

Problem: When I click on excel - it opens. How do I then get to Options to
complete the above steps?

Any help appreciated - Pete
