Default Pulling out the highest ten numbers from a list

Writing a macro is one route you could take: but I'd be tempted to
look into using a pivot table.
You can set piv tables so that they are in descending order and only
the top or bottom 10 items are showing.

I am tracking out of stock items at work and I have a list of about 80
or so numbers, updated twice a week, and I would like to track the
aisles with the highest number of out of stocks. Is there a way to
pull out the ten highest numbers from this list and put them in a
sorted list so that I can illustrate those aisles with the highest
gaps.

Thanks in advance.
