Default Conditional format

Luc, try this:
Select Column K, The choose "Formula Is" in the left combo box and paste this:
=AND(K1<TODAY(),L1<"Done")
Click "Format..."
Click the "Pattern" tab
Click the shade of red you want.
should be it click ok
