CF1: Formula is =AND(LEN(B1)=0,A1<"",A1<TODAY())
Format1: <patterns/<red

CF2: Formula is =AND(LEN(B1)=0,A1<"",A1<(TODAY()+7))
Format2: <patterns/<yellow
