Default how to use vector name with a formula
For example, I want to a cell has a function of B$Text($C1)(grammar
mistake). If C1=1,B1=2,B2=3, the value for that cell is 3, the value of
$B1, not "B1". Is there a way to implement this if the vector name has
formula. Any help is appreciated.
