Hi Patch
Sorry, I never used Notes but you can see how Denis use a array on this page with addresses
http://www.excelkb.com/article.aspx?...5&cNode=1X5M7A
Dim vaRecipient As Variant
'Populate the variant-array with recipients.
vaRecipient = ", _
", _
")
Look on my page how I fill a array with addresses in a range
http://www.rondebruin.nl/mail/tips1.htm
Dim MyArr As Variant
MyArr = Sheets("mysheet").Range("C1:C10")
..SendMail MyArr, "This is the Subject line"
You can try this in Notes ????
Dim vaRecipient As Variant
'Populate the variant-array with recipients.
vaRecipient = VBA.Array (Sheets("mysheet").Range("C1:C10"))

Hi Ron,
Than kyou very much that is an excellent start. However I am not that good
with VB at all. There does not seem to be an option where it will allow mt to
send an email to multiple users.
For example I want to send an email to all users's email addresses that
appear in column A.
Are you able to help?
Many Thanks
