Default paste special all and column widths

No good reason, I guess. "All" actually means "Most" (= all options beneath
"All", not all options in the dialog box). MS could have placed the "Column
width" option (on the right side) below the "All", then you (and I) would
get what we want.

Interestingly: If you copy whole columns, then "All" means "all including
column with". Plain inconsistent.

i've been looking around why the all paste type does not include column
widths, shouldn't it be "all except for column widths", any good reason
for this? thanks!
