Default Calculate manual spread sheet

Thank you for you reply Chris.

I am just looking at the screen when I say that the spread sheet has not
calculated. There is still a message saying "calculate" when all the cells
have been filled with data. If I press F9 this message disappears and the
other software I am using resumes its calculations. I am not using
application.screenupdating = false in any of my macros but I can't vouch for
one of my softwares that is interfaced with Excel... I'll look into it.

Thank you,

Rebecca

That command should cause the worksheet to calculate. You must have
something else going on that prevents it. Are you sure the cells haven't
calced? Have you tested the values, or are you just looking at the screen?
Do you maybe have application.screenupdating = false?
