Range("F1:H6"). The shorthand is sometimes convenient, sometimes confusing
and misleading, and sometimes makes it hard to track down a problem.

Second, I think what you need is

.LineStyle=xlContinuous
.Weight=xlThin
.ColorIndex:=xlAutomatic
End With

End With
