Default Pivot table

Anna

Take the normal route to set-up a pivot table but select external data
source on the first screen of the wizard. This then sets up a dialog in
which you can select get data..., select MS Access Database from the choose
data source dialog. Select the database and then the table/query. This will
then offer you sort and filter options and you will be back to the PT plan
where you can drag and drop data into Rows fields, column fields, values or
page fields.

Remember, providing you keep the unique rows in the PT below 16k the data
used behind in this summary can be much larger. I regularly use data over
500k rows.
