Regarding "How do I add MegaStat to my tools?"

MegaStat is distributed on a CD included with several McGraw-Hill textbooks.

So, you first install the MegaStat add-in from the CD.

If MegaStat doesn't appear on Excel's main menu, choose Tools | Add-Ins, and
check the box for MegaStat.

A regular Google search for "MegaStat" (without the quotes) will yield more
information.
