The form has an Activecontrol property.

Private Sub Label1_Click()
ActiveControl.Text = ActiveControl.Text & " A"
End Sub

Depending on your form/needs, you should check what the ActiveControl is.
If TypeOf ActiveControl Is MSForms.TextBox Then ..
