if i make a chart, any chart using the wizzard, excel makes it fine.
But if i try to move it or click on it or resize it excel freezes u
and 60-80% crashes. I get that excel has encounter an issue...bla
blah


i have unistalled and resntalled it 3 times with no luck. i did al
the updates.
