If you would like an example where RefEdit works OK, you could browse to the
Histogram page at
http://www.treeplan.com, download the XLA file, and
examine the code behind the user form.

I'm very new to userforms, and still trying to find my way.
This is annoying the hell out of me.
I'm wanting to use a Refedit, in a bid to make a simple userform that will
add everything in the selection together.
Whenever I try and use a Refedit and activate the userform the button on
it
does nothing. Not only that, but the RefEdit seems to always be active,
changing when I select an area on the spreadsheet.
There seems to be no way of getting out of it either, and i'm stuck with a
userform on the screen that I can't get rid of, and the only way to get
out
of it seems to be to reboot the computer.
Is there something obvious i'm missing? is there a setting that must be
set
before a RefEdit will work correctly and not screw up the sheet? or is
there
a built in setting that I need to turn off?
