Default .NetFrameWork\Policy\AppPatch, v1.1.4322, v2.0.50727 and Excel,
Hi,

In the Framework Policy, there is an AppPatch entry for Excel v11, showing
the target version of the Framework as 1.1.4322.

Does anyone know why?
Is there a problem if we change the entry or use an Excel.exe.config
file(supportedRuntimeVersion) to force the use of the v2 Framework?
