Hi, Please help...

I have a menu file that a number of people access to view documents. I am
finding that users are staying in the file most of the day and its getting a
little wearing when I am chasing them all the time to come out of the menu.

Is there a way that I can wirte some vba code so that once they open this
menu spreadsheet that after a short period it will automatically close the
spreadsheet?
