Hi all,

i've 2 problems connected with the opening of an excel file that i'm
not able to solve.

I would like to:

1) have my userform1 to be automatically shown (opened) when the file
is opened from its desktop icon

2) associate with this "opening" a .wma or .mp3 file to use as
soundtrack

just 2 simple things for you, impossible for me.
