Help with an formula
Your question is not clear enough! I guess that the first part of it requests
that IF D16 is blank AND either of D17,D22,D26 is blank THEN D15 should be
blank, but the ELSE branch is not clear (perhaps in one case D15 should be
the Lowest value of D17,D22,D26, and in another case D15 should be equal to
D16, but there is no criterium given to differentiate these cases).
Give an example!

What I am trying to achieve is when D16 is blank the other cells are
blank and that equal D15 being blank. Also D15 must take D16 and the
Lowest value from the other cells.
FORMULA FOR CELL D15: -
