Default Copy Data on Row Change

I have large list of business addresses (see below). There are
multiple rows for each company (varies). I would like to sort down the
list by company name (column 1) and for each new company i would like
to copy the line and paste it in a different worksheet (so that i will
have a list with one row for each company).

Current Data:
