I have problem with my excel workshhet. When I change setting in the Regional
and language options in windows xp (--advanced-- select a language to match
language version of the non-unicode programs you want to use--from Englsih
(United States) to Chinese PR), some of the cells (especially number) in the
excel worksheet display as ##### .
Why this can be happend and how to solve the problem. This is because the
excel worksheet is a share file,not all the users are using the same
languade for non-unicode program.
