I loaded a spreadsheet with many macros on a new Dell laptop with office
basic edition and I am getting the following message when executing macros;

Compile Error
can't find project or library

One of the failures is on the CHR instruction. VBE6.DLL is on the system in
the common folder. It is also failing on instructions that reference sheets
within the workbook such as if ['Main Menu'!Z21] = 0
