Default Macro Help: Word doc into Excel

I need assistance with Importing Word doc into Excel, with:
1. Input data in this format:
[T-XXX} ADVERTISEMENT OF TAX SALE [XX-XXX-XX] ALL THAT TRACT OR
PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN THE [XX]TH DISTRICT, [SECTION],
[COUNTY], [STATE], LYING WITHIN LAND LOT [XXX], IDENTIFIED AS TAX
PARCEL [XX] ON THE FIELD MAP OF THE [COUNTY] TAX ASSESSOR, AND BEING
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: AFORESAID PROPERTY BEING
FURTHER IDENTIFIED AS LOT [XX], UNIT [X], OF THE RESERVE FKA
[SUBDIVSION], AS SHOWN ON SURVEY RECORDS IN PLAT BOOK [XXX], PAGE [XX],
COUNTY, STATE, RECORDS. SAID PROPERTY APPEARING TO BE RESIDENTIAL
PROPERTY HAVING AN ADDRESS OF [ADDESS], [CITY], [STATE], ACCORDING TO
COBB COUNTY TAX RECORDS. Subject to restrictions on record in the clerk
of Superior Court, [COUNTY], [STATE]. As much thereof will be seized
and sold as will satisfy a State and County tax FIFA for the year(s)
2005, and for the amount of [$X,XXX.XX] plus other costs, levied on as
the property of [NAME] as record owner. Said defendant having been
served a notice of execution of tax levy this [DATE] .

Needs:
1. Remove garbage. :) Would like to replace "Standardized Text",
example Remove "ADVERTISEMENT OF TAX SALE.
2. Items in Bracklets [ ] are items I need to import to Excel. Values
will change, but structure alway same.
3. Any Item with errors saved for editting.
4. On import, check for deplicates.
