=A1 & B1 will give "Jhon DoeJaneDoe"
=A1 & " & " & B1 will give "Jhon Doe & Jane Doe"

If it were numbers I would write the following in B1, =A1+A2, but even
that would just add the two numbers together. And since it's text I'm
clueless. Any ideas?
