You can hide all those columns by:

Edit|Goto
type in o1:iv1
format|column|hide

Another option is to unlock the cells you want the user to be able to change
(format|cells|protection tab|uncheck lock).

Then protect the worksheet (tools|Protection|protect sheet)

Then tabbing will only go to those unlocked cells.

(But lots of features will be disabled in protected worksheets.)
