2 questions,

If in Cell A1 I have a date in the formay DD/MM/YY, how do I seperate
this so in B1 it shows DD, C1 shows MM & D1 shows YY.

additioanly, I have a value £1234.56 in cell A1, how to I get the
pounds to show in B1 & the pence in C1?
