Is There A Solution.......?
How about a formula?
For data in column G, starting in row 2. Put this in cell H2, and copy down to match column G:
=IF(COUNTIF($G$2:G2,G2)=1,G2,G2&CHAR(COUNTIF($G$2: G2,G2)+63))
This will work for up to 26 duplicates....

alphabet to the duplicate data.
Is this possible through a macro, can any one help.............?
Thanks in advance
