Default Formatting corrupting the workbook

I think is was due to a "comment" that had somehow been moved past the end of
the worksheet (the line to the comment was there, but the comment box itself
was off the sheet). I deleted the comment and now all is well.

Has anyone encounter the error message:

re-check your formatting carefully."

I did copy & paste (via Ctrl C & Ctrl V) some info from one book to another
book. I assume it is really telling me that I have to rebuild one or all of
the worksheets in my workbook?
