I am creating an excel program which is displaying forms, takes the values
and puts them in a temporary spreadsheet.

then it will copy them from the temporary spreadsheet to a storing
spreadsheet.

i have two questions.

what will be the best way to show a saved records based on a selection they
make?

and no I cannot use Access to create this (which would be the sensible thing)
