Now, I wish to import this data into some new software I have however, it
requires me to put the word <Spanish before every words in the second
column and <English before every word in the third column. So, in
essence, it will be

I have over 3000 rows in some of my glossaries and it will take forever
to paste the words in front of the existing words.

Any ideas how I can do this quicker? So basically, I need to paste the
word <Spanish in front of every word in the second column and the word
<English in front of every word in the third.
