Get hold of MZ-Tools. There is an option Other UtilitiesReview Source Code
that might do what you want.

I've had mztools sitting here on my hard drive for weeks and
forgot to install it. Having now done so, it seems like you're quite
correct and it DOES perform the tasks I'm after. It's a good thing that
one of us can think =)
