How do I set up a business customer information system in Excel?
Excel is not the best place to do this, you need to use a relational
database - possibly mySQL or Access. But if you have no experience of using
these then buy a web based on-line store system that has a lot of
functionality to do what you are wanting. I cannot recommend any particular
product.
