Default How do I set up a business customer information system in Excel?

I currently started a web-based business and need to create a system to track
all customer information, including payment information and transaction
information/tracking.

I also wanted to include a way to track the demographics of my customers
along with the information.

Any suggestions or help? Or maybe there is already an existing
template/workbook in Excel I could use?
