Change reference to sheet to suit and I used column A to determine extent of
rows to act upon

With Sheets("Sheet1")
lr = .Cells(.Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row
For cr = lr To 5 Step -5
Rows(cr).Insert
Next cr
End With
End Sub
