Find the average of the column C, and then use the formula:

=DATEDIF(AVERAGE(C1:C96),NOW(),"y") & "y, " &
DATEDIF(AVERAGE(C1:C96),NOW(),"ym") & "m, " &
DATEDIF(AVERAGE(C1:C96),NOW(),"md") & "d"
