If you could so would everyone who wanted to write a malicious macro.
That said, it may be possible that your network security restrictions
allow add-ins (possibly signed ones). If so, consider making your code
into an add-in, preferably digitally signed. Start with

hi gurus!
im done with the project im working with and it has macros, but when
the user tried to open the file on his station, he was not able to open
it due to network restrictions about macros.....is there a way for me to
make that file baypass that restriction?
