Userforms float above the Excel application and her sheets, so I guess
that's a No. Why would you want one inside a worksheet ?

Is it possible to create a userform in VB and then embed it into a
specific
Excel Worksheet? It is much easier in VB to align text boxes/labels then
drawing them in the actual worksheet. Any ideas?
