Default create files from a spreadsheet

Each month I need to create a separate excel file for each customer with an
accounting of errors

I have a template with 6 fields that need I enter data into. I then save
the file and e-mail it to the customer for corrections.

I have another speadsheet that contains the data for each of the 6 fields
that I am entering.

Can anyone explain how to automate this process?
