Hi Ivan,
The Demo is nice but it is not what I am looking for. It is my intention
to
have a Userform displayed on top of other running programs as a kind of
taskbar at the top of the window, so the user allways has access to it.
Any other suggestions??

Hi,
have a look at Stephen Bullens excel page, formfun. Probably it is the
best example what you can do with userforms.
