Merging a CSV and XLS file automatically
A batch job (windows scheduled task) supposed to do that. Can your solution
be called through a scheduled task?

1. Reads the CSV into an ADODB.Recorsdset object (works best if the CSV

column headers).
2. Insert a new worksheet
