I need to have a document that shows me the results of actions completed and
the dates of when these were done. I need to be able to work out a completed
rate and also a total number completed by the date.

Is it possible to run a calculation on the colour of a cell ie red/ green
and so on ?

If this is not possible how many calculations can be ran on the same cell ?

How is a result from a calculation transfered on to another tab within the
same document as part of an additional calculation ?
