Default saving file name with the date

Try using the worksheetfunction TEXT

Like so

orderDate =
WorksheetFunction.Text(Worksheets("input").Range(" orderDate").Value,
"DD-MMM-YYYY")
orderFile = facHisDir & invoiceNumber & "_" & facHisReg & "_" & orderDate &
".xls"

Cheers

Edwin
