Default copy / paste

I begin with Excel running, Book1 active, Sheet1 selected, and Document1
opened in Word.

Using VBA, how can I copy a range (say A1:D6) and then paste into Word (as a
table); then copy the Word table and paste back into Book1, but in Sheet2?
