I would be interested to know if there are any ideas or examples of
populating a userform listbox or combobox by extracting a dataset from
a Access database.

Rather than import data from a database into Excel worksheet, then
create a range to populate the listbox I want to use the database
directly. This enables me to update the record set separately from the
excel workbook and create sql on the fly to filter what I need.
