Default Hyperlinks to =Hyperlinks formula - Challenging

I tried this:

= "=HYPERLINK(""" & *myCell* & """,""" & myCell & """)"

and the output looks a lot cleaner, with no RHPD.

It's getting late... so will test it on copy of production file
tomorrow to make sure all WORKS, ...and doesn't only 'look' good.
